Im sure its been said before, but if you want a break from all the people following you. you can click on the Aetheryte Crystal in a capital city and visit another world. its on the same data center so your ping wont change and if you do it off camera then people will have a 1 in 6 chance of finding you.

  11. how many % was this player based when this welcoming thing happened, and also did some of yall crashed bcs i know some player in that location have maybe moderate to high spec computer, but even then they cant handle rendering this much player constantly, i need details!!!

    cause all I've seen is a guy enjoying a video game, and interacting positively with the community, and the community in kind embracing him.

    I've seen no sign of this 'asshole we should drive off' and if what i've seen is anything to go on, I doubt he ever existed in the first place.

  17. I was one of those FFXIV players who was skeptical about Asmon hopping over to FFXIV. My first thought when he arrived was "Alright. How long will it take before he just goes back to WoW?" But, to my unexpectedly pleasant surprise, he stuck around and is actually enjoying his time here. It was a little disheartening to see some in the community try to sabotage his first couple days here, but I was genuinely surprised to see him sticking to the game and smiling along the way. Now that he's out of the 2.0 story and into Heavensward, there is only good in the future with him, I can already tell.

    Asmon, I have no idea if you're even going to see this post or not, but I just want to say this: Thank you for proving me wrong. I know WoW is… not in the best place right now, but I hope you stick around for the long-haul and find more joy out of the game.

  28. Thank you for being one of a few I've watched who was okay with going through ARR's story. As someone who's been playing the game since launch in 2013 A realm reborn's msq still holds a strong place in my heart. I hope you enjoy heavensward and the expansions after as much as you can and may you ever walk in the light of the crystal Asmon.

  30. I jumped away from Cactuar a year ago, but when we've been through the whole story and we see other people also getting through it, some of us get absolutely high off the feeling of reliving the magic. This kinda reminded me of Heavensward release.

    I only saw all the people out front, but didn't go through the Gates of Judgment for years because I was totally filtered out by ARR back then until they added the NieR crossover. I didn't play much WoW and I didn't know much at first, but this whole saga has been an a great phenomenon to watch.

    Toretto was at the gate, Asmon is Family.
