I personally managed to make about 20 mil gil profit (After Penta melding all my crafters) on Grade 6 INT tinctures alone. Why do I specify INT tinctures? Because all the other tinctures crashed day 4 to around 1500 (INT were at 2500) gil making it close to unprofitable(didn't stock up on aethersand so had to buy on market), while also having to deal with a lot more market board bots. While it's not the most time efficient way I found that it works great on reset the first few weeks as I can made over 1 mil gil profit (around 250k now), although I've kind of stopped with "pure gil making" to persue my Pteranodon mount (7/8 crafters are finished are finished and only need armorer mount).
I've always found it weird that the best ways to make gil are selling crafting and gathering stuff to other crafters and gatherers.
Keyboard/Mouse for leves is the same, you just have to click the NPCs.
Do you think its worth buying materia right now that's relatively cheap and sell when new patch drops?

For keyboard/mouse users, a slightly more convenient way to turn in: 1) place the stack of syrup in the very first inventory slot, 2) after right-clicking the npc that accepts items, spam confirm button (default is numpad 0, can be changed in keybind -> system -> confirm). Also, a minor detail, play with your camera zoom level so that after done interacting with npc, your mouse cursor gets closer to the next npc that you want to interact. In sharlayan, I use max zoom level. In crystarium, I zoom very close to the character. Some of the controller users can adjust zoom level too (especially for those who press left/right to select npcs)
Do you actively farm fates for the Petalouda Scales? Or are they normally cheap on the MB?
Just a heads up, Levequests are pronounced like "leaves" of a tree. It's confirmed in all the leve puns. Pronouncing it like "lef" like in "left" is not right 😀
