Three new dungeons including hunting for pirate treasures as well as a quest series I’ve never played before!

  1. Players are not wrong being offended by this mount situation. The more people pay for those 'luxury' MTX, all the more insentives for companies to focus on that and not on quality of a game. That's one of the reasons it's ok now to release an unfinished falsely advertised game – enough people will interact with in-game shop to make it all a profit. AAA games are more and more just platforms for selling 3d models, it's the same thing NFT games are trying to do, just less transparent. I mean, only 15 years ago the norm for luxury items was getting them through gameplay. What's gonna be a status quo in 15 years from now with those tendencies? Paying for audio settings? (there is an audio settings subscription announced for CoD, btw) Give them an ilm, they'll take a malm, man.

  2. I wanna remind people that Dawntrail being divisive shouldnt be a suprise. Theres like 2 hour keynote YoshiP had where he talked about how the game has become dull and the dev team is actively trying out new things and starting to take more risks again. He even joked during the keynote that in a year from now , he could be right on stage again apologizing. Like people cant say that they are super supportive FFXIV taking risks but as soon as they get something they dont like, then they go full doomer mode "dead game, trash game". Also Dawntrail has barely started, too early to actually judge DT yet.
Dawntrails MSQ is exactly that, they tried something completely different with the story and most people didnt like it, including me.
