Final Fantasy XIV Shadowbringers Is Perfect (Analysis / Video Essay)

Today, I will be talking about how much I enjoyed Final Fantasy XIV Shadowbringers and why I think it’s perfect by making an analysis in a video essay. From begging to end Shadowbringers sets itself apart from the rest of FFXIV’s expansions by building this game as if it was a regular single-player Final Fantasy game in my opinion making it perfect. Final Fantasy XIV Shadowbringers is the culmination of creative business unit 3’s aspirations that started back in A Realm Reborn. And the fact that Shadowbrigers is getting this praise is only natural.

  1. Great video. One thing that you mentioned about Emet is fighting for those that yet can be saved was very profound. Basically he was fighting for the same thing. Which is why Emet is one of the best relatable antagonist in FF history.
I do share your review here. But if someone where to ask if there's anything I would like in Shadowbringer to have, I would perhaps ask more of Ran'jit's background. His relationship with Minfilia was summed up in a paragraph right before thancred fought him. I just wish we could've had an echo or some sort to see how Ran'jit became so overly protected and he became the only Eulmorian to not be tempered by Vaultry but instead be willing to follow under him.
