  1. ►► Thank you so much for watching the video! As per usual I'll be live over on Twitch so I'd love for you to swing by and say hi! https://twitch.tv/projared
► Thank you so much for your patience on this one. I started working on this video in May of 2023. There were SO many technical headaches with it, which I'm sure you'll see and understand once you get to that part in the video.
►► It would mean a lot to me if you could subscribe, like, and share the video around! Show your friends, show your enemies, post on Twitter/discord/reddit/wherever!

► Speaking of, I have my own discord if you'd like to join for more consistent announcements so you don't miss anything! https://discord.gg/projared
►► Thanks again, I missed you too

  2. My favorite Final Fantasy’s are 6 and 7! Funny numbers 6 and 7! If you combine them they make the number 13… Wouldn’t it be great if there were a Final Fantasy that had that number as well? 13? That’d be great.

  3. Finally it sounds under like a year of no content I get wide the videos are taken forever to make And I wasn't sure you were going to make a 14 video Still nice to know that this video is now done and hopefully the 15 one is shorter and maybe the 16th

  4. I first heard about FFXIV through my boyfriend, (who has played the game since 1.0). He introduced me to it in VRChat where we watched a video of the game. He introduced me to it by showing me The Endsinger, the final boss of Endwalker, and when i started playing, I played the free trial for about a couple weeks. I started as a Mi'qote Summoner and played as one all the way to post Endwalker. After Endwalker, I became a Samurai, then I became a White Mage so my BF can play as a Viper when Dawntrail drops. I love this game. Not gonna lie it's a pain in the ass to heal, but with enough practice it can be done.

Good luck to the Xbox players and thank you for finally making a video on this, Jared.

    See you in Eorzea!

  5. 14 was fun but also very flawed at the start and into the first expansion. Would always just get bored once I cleared the endgame content for the week and have nothing to do. Lockouts sucked, glad they got rid of em from what I was told.

  6. I did the 1st game and then ARR once it all changed and I loved it! Played for years, building up my minions and decorating my house was my main goal (although playing WHM got me some stick from my static when doing bosses…GET OUT OF THE AOE YOU STUPID SONS OF BITCHES!). I stopped a couple of years back, long story, but it still has a very fond place in my memories and heart, the same as FFXI…

  7. The dungeons were streamlined after ARR because everyone already ran the existing dungeons in a streamlined, optimized way. The devs saw no point in adding areas that people deliberately avoided, and while I don't agree with all of their decisions, I totally agree with that one. The resources are simply better used somewhere else.

  8. your dead right about Dungeons, but its worth it, their simplicity and linearity is worth it for how well each ties into the story, especaially Shadowbringers and beyond.. The Dead Ends is easily one of the greatest "story" dungeons ever put into an MMO and is a devastating reminder how easily everything could fall into complete extinction.
