hey guys just finished arr 2.0 on alt and wanted to prove that the outlandish man is in fact not bugged. new players shouldnt have a issue, but for those who probably either did it or probably forgot you already did or just forgot to finish the raid i have some trouble shooting ideas for you to hopefully make it possile to get it done.

Straight up grinded hrs leveling alt to prove its not bugged and troubleshooting. Again if anything I mentioned doesn't work it's outta my hands.
A big thing I'd recommend for newer players is to disable the settings that show other players names/titles/FC tag and all minion and pet names. Set them to off or only visable when the target is selected (the second option is my choice) either one will allow you to more clearly see NPCs that you need to interact with when there's a load of players crowded around that NPC in a populated area.
