I love how fast you picked up on the music changes and going back to the previous expansions. Some cool theories cooking 👀
22:30 ish; the sharelyan forum spiraling outward is modeled after a nautilus shell, which is the symbol of the patron god of Sharleyan, Thaliak
I had the same reaction when I heard all the expansion themes in the EW trailer. Sooo good! Both Shadowbringers and Endwalker are S tier peak! BTW. In Dravanian Hinterlands, that was just the New Sharlayan colony but they abandoned it due to Garleans. What we saw in the trailer was Old Sharlayan. And yeah, Thavnair was mentioned ever since 1.0-2.0. Just like Sharlayan. Which also reminds me that devs suggested that the fans rewatch both 1.0 and ARR trailers before EW, since EW ends the saga that 1.0 and 2.0 began!
17:45 The music in this part is Torn From the Heavens, a common theme you hear played throughout the game, especially in important story moments.
Ayee I see that Dai Gurren flag in the back, I have the same one.
just a little reminder that Elidibus hang out on the moon quiet a lot in the previous expansions
13:00 Alphinaud was never a Scholar, Scholar is a lost job only practised by the WoL (potentially) and Nymians. That's why you never see any NPC with a faery healing. Alphinaud was a non playable variation of Arcanist, like several other Scions from Sharlayan. If your WoL hasn't unlocked Scholar, then canonically, there is not a single person in the world able to practice that job.
Also for Radz-at-Han, the place has been mentioned very regularly since ARR, like Sharlayan, but since none of the main characters come from here, it's more mentioned by less important NPCs, or in flavour texts of objects or food. So Rad-at-Han was, just like Sharlayan, one of those places that players were hearing about regularly for the last 10 years of the game without being able to visit it. :')
