Nice to see you reacting to FFXIV! I was surprised that you are also a FFXIV player haha! I'm so excited for this to be honest. I joined during Heavensward expansion and just fell in love with it and as this game dished out expansion after expansion, it became clear that I would probably be hooked for a long time! And now, 6 years have passed and still here I am loving every bit of it. More so for those fans who've played since 1.0 last 2010 which should be a decade now!
I was curious how fanfest would turn out. They did a good job considering the surcumstances.
Something I love is the lyrics. At the beginning he is saying "Fade away" in a darker tone while the WoL looks like an ascian and towards the end it changes to "Forge Ahead" in a more hopeful tone when he is more WoL looking. Really shows what the mode of the expansion will be.
Sharlayan is 100% gonna be one of the coolest cities in the game. Even more due to the fact that they're the keepers of knowledge and I need that sweet lore!
Btw since many dont know it yet: the leader of the sharlayan, who Yshtola is talking to, is fourchenault Leveilleur – the dad of the twins. I am so excited if he really will not help, since his kids are fighting. He kinda doesnt look happy to me, when he refuses to help.
Will we finally find out what happened to the Isle of Val? More specifically what caused it to disappear from the rest of Old Sharlayan?
