It's not Zenos, don't worry. Devs confirmed that Zenos is definitively dead in a recent interview in Famitsu. That is, however, the Voidsent that partnered with Zenos ala the Reaper questline. Which makes sense, since the Reaper Voidsent are sentient beings with their own wills and goals, like all Voidsent.
You actually can get a Nixie minion from the Matoya's Relict dungeon as a rare drop!
