The first of the later arcs in ARR has us move from the sunny beaches of the Costa Del Sol to a frigid mountainscape wildly changed from 1.0. Oh… and we start the episode with everyone dead?!

Throne and liberty content?
I was hoping to keep up with you on a new free account but work and parent life isn’t allowing it at the moment. I’m still watching and following along, popping to the lives when I can, and enjoying it always. If I had the dollars to spare, I’d join your patreon long before I paid for a monthly subscription of FFXIV. Someday I certainly will be throwing those dollars and when I do, I’ll SO look forward to digging into that exclusive content.
Unrelated but I just had the shocking realisation that GW2's current mini expansion format is the longest they've managed to stick with a format. Prophecies to Nightfall is one and a half years. HoT to PoF, after which they clearly decided against another expansion and to move on from the game entirely, is just under two years and that's including the 9 months before season 3 came out. If we're being super generous and count all the way to the end of season 4, long after they've clearly abandoned the format, that's still only three and a half years. Mini expacs are already in their third year of development.
Speaking about nameplates it really does make me appreciate how much customization WoW allows with their UI. It would've been impossible for me to do high levels of M+ without solid nameplate customizations
