  1. SHadowbringers is by far the best expansions, its award winning, and in my top 3 of all time, up there with Borlderlands 3 Tiny tinas, and the witcher 3s expansion that were entire games. im a max level everything, i main ninja 80, and machinist 80. come game, I gotchu on boosts and know how. im an officer in the one of the top rated free companies on the server consistently

  2. I'm a reluctant astrologian main, but equally often find myself a dragoon or a gunbreaker these days. Heavensward is my favourite expansion story-wise, but if I am to look at an expansion as a whole, Shadowbringers brings lot of quality of life updates and decent gameplay. Stormblood had the best raids (and Return to Ivalice!)

  3. I’m a BLM. Am still in stormblood, but so far post-HW has been my favorite. It really picked up for me there. Tbh I wasn’t really a fan of ARR, dk if I would’ve even continued if I wasn’t told that stuff got better, but I feel it was worth it. Things do get better, but it took a long time for me at least

  4. As someone who actually enjoyed and hated a realm reborn, it was all about playing how I like to and not how everyone thinks I'm supposed to play. My favorite thing to do was to interact with the environment, have a moment to turn off all my HUD and listen to the rainfall. In some cases, I turned off the BGM because it was overstimulating with all the other sounds going on. I liked riding my chocobo more when I could hear it's footsteps and the birds chirping. Other times, I liked walking to hear BGM in Coerthas central highlands. The music pauses in silence to let you hear the wind. It was really immersive that way. My favorite thing to do in dungeons when first timers are watching cutscenes is to breakout in dance. 😂 I mostly play bard and wmage so I play "hide and heal" or "hide and bard" when traveling the map. This is where I cast cure on an unsuspecting passerby as they try to look for where it came from, but I hide so they can't tell. Or, I hide behind a bush and break out in song as unsuspecting passerbys try to find where the music is coming from. I got quite a few laughs and face palms in pvp when I started dancing, but when I took out the entire opposing team at least once, I could see they we're not expecting that from the same person. ROFL 🤣 Heavenward picks up a bit more than a realm reborn so I didn't goof off as much. The trailers are always fun to rewatch.

  5. I know I already mentioned it. But Shadowbringers is my favorite Final Fantasy game of all time. And I only went through it just recently. Heavensward is one of my favorite FFs. Up there with FF7. Stormblood is really, really good. And ARR is a 8/10 overall, if you count post 2.0 patches. Music slaps. Story especially so. Even raids are really important to plot and amazing, since they're mostly based around other FF games! Lovely for us FF fans!

  6. I started as a Dragoon, but I play Red Mage right now. May take up Reaper in Endwalker, but that remains to be seen! My favorite expansion, hands down, is Shadowbringers. If you get through ARR, ShB has so so so much pay off. It brings tears to so many. And my favorite raid series is Omega. It was the first raid series I completed while it was relevant on Savage difficulty and I got my Omega mount. Sat out Eden due to IRL stuff going on, but I'm excited about EW.

I think where you got hit with copyright is sadly due to the heavy spoiler nature of that particular trailer. Seeing what happens at the end of ARR at the start sets up too many spoilers…. which… The Dev Team avoids including spoilers like that now.
