TBH it isn't fair when somebody says that the spell effects of either games are overwhelming and that you cant understand shit that is going on from a video. Both become very understandable and easy to read after you get used to the animations, effects and mechanics, and are very overwhelming when you don't know the encounter or what are the spell effects from party members as well.
Not an apple to apple comparison btw, the "raid" from ffxiv is actually just an extreme trial and is more of a intermediate difficulty content. That is I assume you're comparing it to wow's m+ raid.
Titania isn't a raid boss…also most raiders in FFXIV turn off other players' spell effects.
