That stupid thing does surprisingly decent amount of damage. I've had multiple rare boss fates where we definitely would've ran out of time without our chokobos helping with their damage.
Are onions what determine the color?
I got one of my Chocobos up to 20 and the other currently 14. not hit level 30 on my 3rd character to unlock it yet – It will be healer only since I am tank maining on this character.
I learned this far too late. I think I had finished Stormblood as far as it went at that time. So I’m playing ketchup with a currently rank 13 Chocobo. Leveling through Fates in Shadowbringers areas(since they’re tied to Bicolor gemstone shops)
any good tips to level?
Before the level cap was upped to 20, trying to split your chocobo into all three trees would make it into a crit'ing machine (all three trees have the same crit bonus in the same slot, each just barely reachable with a level 10 chocobo's skill points).
Once level 20 became a thing, your chocobo can just be a master of all, like everyone else's chocobo.
My FC lead tells me that getting choco medica is a dps loss. Is this true?
I failed to use my chocobo till laaaaaate in the game. Like after level 80.
bro saw some people dying to a morbol
It's funny to know that my chocobo out damages some players
Bro said gyzal greens😭
I maxed my chocobo, it took me literally YEARS and yearsss to do so. The funny part is I barely did anything! My free company members fed my chocobo every day for me, for years on end.
I recently started leveling Red Mage, and I'm finding those job quests rough so far. I did them before on another character, and I didn't have nearly as much trouble.
What's so different this time? Probably the chocobo. I haven't spent nearly as much time using my chocobo this time around.
I love my little Boko so much. I somehow missed the onion info until I was almost done with EW. So now he has some catching up to do. This is such a useful short!
Absolute necessity for FATEs, you can almost double your speed by having your chocobo solo one enemy while you fight another or stick it on healer mode and easily pull the whole pack for AEing while solo.
