That little movable card that is moused over at 19:19 is an image that you can open in a new tab to see what's written on it.
It's a handwritten card with tips for things to bring on a hike, but you can tell there's something written on the other side of the card. I'm sure there's some hidden information if you can reverse the image and isolate the text written on the other side.
Edit: Actually looks to be the same text on the other side, unless I'm missing something.
