ah yes fishy bread, from what they r describing it is what my family call Cow's bread "because you will be chewing like a cow because it that hard n dense" lul
Yeeeeah, that scene with Elidibus stabbing G'raha's soul was shown in the patch trailer (devoid of context, of course), and we proceeded to shit our britches until the patch came out because we were all convinced G'raha was gonna die lol.
The thing about that scene with Thancred calling Urianger old is that it's oddly self-dprecating… Urianger is ~28 while Thancred is ~34. Their time on the First really only widened that divide (Thancred gained 5 years, while Uirianger only gained 3).
Bread and hypocrisy aside, you gotta admit that elidibus did what he was told Had a nice chat, and stabbed our boy on the way out So he did, in fact, leave after causing trouble
It's ammusingly wholesome to hear you call the Exarch 'smartass' with some fondness in many of these videos. Not a word I'd normally associate with this feeling, yet here I can not help but agree. XD
And the thing Elidibus did to the Exarch comes acorss quite different in between translations. In English he seems to just passively study the unexpected result and seems to not care either way about the outcome. In the German one, he's visibly confused and upset that it didn't work and dare I say sounds like someone took his favourite toy. I forget what he said exactly in Japanese, but it was rather longer than here, with some speculation on the outcome, if I recall. (Someone fact check me on that, it's been a while.) It's only one among many, MANY differences between versions, but it's among those that really quite change the tone of a scene or a character. Regardless, even if it ultimately didn't have nearly as much of an impact as the trailer lead everyone to believe, it seems as though Elidibus at least intended for it to have a bigger impact only for it to fail. Luckily for us, I'd say. I don't think I want to know what he tried to do here. I'm sure it wouldn't have been good for our resident Crystal Smartass.
So – there is a You Tube video out there of a person making an Archon Loaf in real life. It tastes as nasty as it sounds, but actually still looks like bread…
Having watched your eden stream/vod I know you’re fully caught up to the MSQ, but to answer past you here, no we have not killed all the red masked ascians yet The ones that remain/are MIA are Pashtarot, Halmarut, Altima, Deudalaphon, and as of 5.3 Fandaniel We’ve erased Lahabrea, Nabriales, Igeyorhm, Emmerololth, Emet-Selch, and as of 5.3 Elidibus (Mitron and Loghrif are covered in the eden raids) The one wild card is Travanchet, who could be either a red mask under an alias or a really smart black mask (responsible for the Alexander raid and a lot of events in 1.X that Y’shtola was investigating)
