I miss Methys Masher, bane of Primals and Dragons , and Captain of the Immortal Flames…
Ohh more Audiobooks would be quite a nice addition to FF14ns collectibles
I can't wait until Ethys meets Pagaga. 😀
Edit: And, of course, other new/recurring side characters with more backstory than we have for most main characters.
@45:35 Thu'ban might have even been in Diadem. The north zone's mammoth encounter is an A-Rank hunt from Coerthas Western Highlands or Azim Steppe, name escapes me right now. A Griffin trainer's surname of "quo Vochstein" is shared with the griffin in Dusk Vigil.
I have not watched this yet, as I haven't completed Zadnor and what to do so on my own. Just wanted to leave a like and comment to show my support for the great work you do. I'll officially watch this probably next week.
I suspect that Mikoto's Echo doesn't work the way she says/thinks it does.
Her visions only come to pass because she chooses to make them happen. I think her visions are actually of a possible future, not a predetermined one. Specifically, it is a possible future relating to her goals, and that she has the power to make happen. Basically, it shows her a path she can choose to take, and she always chooses to take that path. She could have easily avoided any of these futures, but chose not to.
What I don't know is whether she thinks it is immutable, or knows the truth and lies to everyone.
I love how they sprinkle in various older bosses through Bozja and Zadnor. One time someone was joking about Pazuzu and I went and told them we just had killed them. They uh had some PTSD after that reply.
I also kept saying "Just give her a parachute" during this entire stretch of the plot.
Overall, I enjoyed Bozja. The journey wasn't great, but was pretty good… and then the ending just left me very disappointed.
