I love your controller guide because I am also a controller player on final fantasy and new world. Amazing work !!! I got a question about the elite 2. I want to pick it up but I cross those reviews on the durability of the controller. That it will broken easily. Do you experience that ?
I love your controller guides. If it hadn't been for your praise and explanation of controller support on FFXIV, I may never have got swept into this amazing game. Keyboard and mouse controls with this game specifically a few years ago, at least without the help of 3rd party software, made the game unenjoyable, but then I saw one of your videos about controller support and gave it another try. I've considered myself a FFXIV player ever since.

I like to have my AOE abilities on the L2 + face buttons as well, and exact reason for this is because, for my single target damage actions, I want to be able to cycle up and down the enemy list HUD, which involves hovering my right index finger over the L1 bumper with enough space to move my left thumb between the thumbstick and the d-pad, so I sacrifice a little index finger dexterity moving between L1 and L2. I only move my index finger to L2 for AOE time or other seldom used actions.
Your guides have help a great deal, by chance will you be creating an endwalker ninja pve controller guide?
I'm going to have my PS5 delivered real soon this week from North Dakota to Texas. When I'm ready to play the game again in PS5 Version, I'll watch this guide. BTW, Red Mage is my favorite job in this expansion!
I been playing red mage on controller too and i love it, my only problem is that i cant target dead players to verraise them, there is no option on the menus and when i try by cycling down on the d pad it jumps the dead player, how can i fix that, is there a macro to verraise the closest dead party member or something like that?

Appreciated as always. Any chance that Monk or Dragoon are coming sooni-sh? I'm having really trouble setting up those two at least somewhat comfortably unlike with other jobs where I can just use my temporary setup until your way better one is out.

I love your controller guides for ffxiv and especially red mage because I plan on maintaining this role and skill but my only issue is the user macros for the move Riposte I followed the video but I still can't get it to work I tryed standing far back nothing happened but up close the move work as riposte only
How do I import the macros?
Hey Brian. When I execute Macro 99 it tells me "Command can't be executed out of a PvP-Area"
How can I fix this.
