Age is based on Years, Years are based on the Cycle of the Earth around the Sun. If we say That the Source travels as fast as Earth it would mean 365 Days is one year ( duh.) One Day in Game takes 11 Minutes IRL though so 365 * 11 equals 4015 Minutes or roughly 67 Hours or 2.8 Days. In Other words if Alisaie is 17 She would be 47 and a half days old in our world.

16 according to the lore books is the legal age of "Adult" across the board for the races ( decided by the Sharlayans) and its why the twins could travel to Eorzea without an adult
Elezen reach their final big growth spurt somewhere around their 20s so we know they arent 20 yet
While on the first their souls lived for about a year so mentally and spiritually wise they're 1 year older
so depending on how long you think has passed between ARR to now, The twins are 16/17 body wise if you think its been less than a year. 17/18 if you could time on the first. 18/19 if at least a year has passed in game. 19/20 if more than a year has passed, Soul on the first, and they haven't hit their last big growth spurt yet
