    Awesome video, need to find some time to get back into 14, because it is so much fun. Play the job you like and have fun everyone.

  6. Monk has a high learning curve for sure, coming from ShB monk it felt super weird to adjust to it. However once I got used to it became absolute favorite job for raiding. It offers flexibility that a lot of other jobs don’t offer and has seen some of the greatest benefits from the 2 min buff cycle of EW.

  12. The satire is golden in the video! Was definitely a breath of fresh air from the the usual “play this job or you will not have fun” content I see to often in games. Just another reason why I’m glad I subscribed and watch all of your job guides. Lol I trust no one else to give me the attention to detail you bring

  14. I know there is some humor here, but I am missing it, why do all jobs suck, but are S tier? Why even make a tier list at all. Again, when it comes to humor, it flies over my head. Can someone kindly explain it to me the point of this video.

    It was useful in that it gave me a brief explanation of all the jobs. Are the all S rank because they are actually all good in a different way? Is that the point he is trying to get across?

  20. I get the joke, but this is a really longwinded way of saying "all jobs are viable' which everyone other than sweaty tryhards already acknowledge. You must really hate that RPR and MCH trash-talking that's been going on.

  22. Ninja's quite unique as the Mudras and TenChiJin (the skill, not the mudras) make you practice trigger discipline :
    – press Mudras too fast and or multiple times and you might get a bunny or the wrong Ninjutsu ;
    – Press TenChiJin while jumping, moving or being pushed around and you'll just get it cancelled completely ;

    The only big issue all of this causes is with a rubberbanding connection : if you're losing network packets, sometimes the server won't register a keypress and mess the Mudra combo, I don't recommend the experience to anyone

  37. I main WHM and SMN.. and boy oh boy do I get tired of the endless 'YoU PlAy SMN yOu BaD bRaInDeAd PlAyEr!" Especially since it's.. non raiders that say it most of the time lol. Like, okay? Does it make you feel better/more powerful to call some players braindead because they don't play what you do? Should the whole player base reroll Monk or Black Mage? Would that make the game more fun for you?

  40. On liners of the jobs I play (in early ShB, done all normal instanced content)
    DRG (L81): Just feels so good when you hit everything right, especially the dives and elusive jumps you save for max uptime.
    DRK (L80): Having no reliable self-heals teaches me to be Good Boy Tank (like with jumps). And egde-lord supreme.
    AST (L78): You never have the best tool for a particular situation, but you have a good tool in every situation. Also Essential Dignity >> Benediction, change my mind.
    BRD (L76): My chill job that's busy enough to stay engaged.
    RDM (L76): Yeah, uh, pretty much what you said lol.
    NIN (L60): Only downside is that the rust kicks in rally fast if I don't play it for a while, otherwise lots of fun.
    BLM (L62): I'm glad I played several other jobs in all roles before picking up BLM because putting all that experience together feels super satisfying and breathes new life into instances I've already done many times over. I also don't understand why other BLMs I see in DF aren't abusing Aetherial Manipulation like I am; no excuse to fall behind!
