  1. I have not been able to use my card anymore which is absolutely fine because ill pay for a 30 day card if i have to its better than being charged so much per year and forgetting its there then worry about if u got enough when the payment does come back around

  2. Unfortunately everything does not work for me. Error i2051. Even paypal and amazon pay. April 24th I've contacted them via email and chat, 3 hours in chat and they cannot do anything. Only thing they told me is to wait for 24 hrs, use edge, do not use vpn and clear cache. Waiting for 5 days, still the same. I posted on official forums and reddit as I'm frustrated and desperate. If this can't be fixed. I may quit the game which I've been playing since 1.0. It's just sad but SE is really not what they used to be.

  4. I live in SEA but I use US steam to play FFXIV, and can't use every payment method including STEAM PAYMENT, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, PAYPAL and CRYSTA, because they will ask my ADDRESS, and my ADDRESS is a made up ADDRESS… I can't even focus in my class now thinking about this >.< what a joke!

  5. I swear to Lucifer. I judt came back to the game, my sub has been active because housing . I wanted to buy dawbtrail but nope and then i updated my card which is the same one active for my sub and nope . Doesnt work at all now . I swear thid company is so backwards.

  6. I think enix will fix this soon enough, they’re already planing a new eu data center, so they’re going to make sure the players are still able to play, else they’ll be paying for a un needed data center

  7. If you play the game on steam you could add money to your steam wallet and pay with that. Having my country correct I had no problem playing with debit card, gl everyone.

  8. I've personally had it with Square-Enix. Yes, I got zapped because my WELLS FUCKING FARGO card is a VISA Debit. I hope everyone FINALLY sees this company AND YoshiP for who they truly are. They are NOT our friends NOR are they gamers. They are ALL just suits. I'm done.

  9. I had to unsub then reapply my payment information (unregister and register) for my sub to reactivate again since my sub runs out today or tommorrow. Fingers crossed that it goes through ;w; (Finnish using Visa Debit card since 2.0 PS3 Beta)

  10. Went to try to sign up as a new player on old account from launch. Bought new xpac fine. Billing wont let me add card to sub. Guess ill stick to wow despite wanting something fresh. I could buy a 60 day time card i guess..

  11. Glad I resubbed mid April before this change it only took an entire evening I trying to get them to take my money. Which is better than not at all though thebissue was simular in that I couldnt even put in the address or card number.

I'm new to this game i purchased the game an i made sure to put the game in Canada/region and i was gonna spiffy up my character with some cool outfits before entering the game, i did try it before i bought it by the friend trial code, so i was like i actually enjoy this game an i purchased it, so i went to mog station to spiffy up my character make me more dazzling sprout an when it came to said purchase. the country/region was locked to American services which i don't even know how that was possible when i put Canada before purchase an made the account, but now my account is stuck with American? an i did try to contact them through support an they pretty much told me to go fck myself or go purchase another 60$ copy from the site an make a brand new character. don't get me wrong that kind of irked me but i do enjoy the game, well they told me to use paypal or crysta or amazon. sorry it was bit over the place it just what happened for my first experience with just wanting to spiffy up my character, now i dont really know how i will be able to get more membership when it runs out? i may have look at crysta an see if it will be my go to or get around this issue of country being locked to USA.

  13. It would appear that an idea was put into action and it backfired tremendously. I hope they resolve the issue and take some steps back so they retain their customers.

  14. It's been over a week since I've tried to pay to renew my subscription. What the heck is SE doing? This is B.S you'd think they'd be doing everything in their power to be able to get people to play again. Fix the damn problem SE this is getting old trying to make a payment every day just to be told it's "unavailable."

    Game Time Cards are good but you can’t pay for the retainers if you buy Time Cards 😣
