I dig the idea that Zodiark’s essence is influencing Golbez. Plus that would give us another Zodiark trial sorta like how E12 was a more climactic version of E1

Out of the five featured here my favorite is Hayden's theory! Though I doubt Zero is the XIV's version of Cecil considering how the other characters from other FF games are handled. Which makes me wonder if there a version of Cecil in XIV did this version sacrifice himself to give rise Zoidark if Golbez is indeed an ancient? Or and a much darker thought, Cecil and his party failed constantly in FFIV…what if he and his party were one of the Memoria? (Just not Zero)
