TIPS
– Following BPOG rules, go to the column whose blue shape you are responsible for and stand in the correct spot.
– Move to the same spot that is both vertically and laterally inverted. Some people jump to communicate they are ready, but not all people will do this (especially healers and casters) so do not rely entirely on it. You must arrive BEFORE the cast “Panta Rhei” completes.
– Do not break the tether when moving. Sometimes casters or healers stop to slidecast, tank/melee/phys ranged must not run off.
– Once the green tether disappears and purple tethers appear, shapes are locked in and you can freely move to the baiting position (you can move any distance). Bait the rays away from the spots between shapes.
– The rays you are baiting are laterally inverted from Classical 1. For example, in Classical 1 X and square bait the 4 western rays that emit from the “3” marker. In Classical 2 they will instead bait the 4 eastern rays that emit from the “4” marker.
– Once Palladian rays fire, move to the safe spots between shapes WITHOUT crossing another Palladian ray. Safe spots are in the middle of each quadrant of shapes. DO NOT go to safe spots before Palladian rays fire.
Examples of safe spots:
– Directly north and south of the 3 and 4 markers
– Center of A and C markers
– Entire east or west edge of arena – this spot is very large and I recommend going here if you are baiting the outer rays.
