Helpful tips:
1. Hard to say what makes this work and what makes it doesn’t. Some can do it on the first few tries, and for others it just doesn’t work.
2. Use the chocobo porter in Lower La Noscea and queue for an unsynched duty. After walking for a bit, enter the duty and leave. This should put you on the water below!
3. Congrats on your new OOB!
