I’m a Miqo Keeper, haven’t played as Seeker in a while, which is why I’m not sure. But those eyebrows look unique as well. Or at least her eyes seem to be. Her face in general looks like no Miqo I’ve seen before 😂
The only other NPC I can think of, that we don't have as players, is Ardashir (can't recall how to spell it properly) from the Heavensward Reclis quest.
