Saw the silhouette and thought it was a reskinned puff of darkness, not garuda…indeed it is at the core, but unlike the ol' WoW team, the FFXIV team puts a little more work in and actually gives her a slightly altered pose and model, and of course animations…look at them go. The eating interaction is super bizarre with a humanoid, I wish the poke interaction made her spin for longer and become a hair tornado like in FF4.
