That's pretty rough not gonna lie. Especially at that price! Oof. I scored a great deal on a DQ11 Jade Bring Arts Figure which comes with 3 faces all better detailed than these 2 at a fraction of the cost ($58). Even at retail price she's the better quality here.. ><
If square wanted to make actual nice figures they should get goodsmile to make them.

the faces and hair need shadows.. they could easily have spray painted or made details such as the shadows.. it lacks alot of depth 🙁
This looks like a knockoff you can buy from wish or aliexpress for like… 70 EUR.
I have my Nergigante figure, what's in the same price range, with it's 200 EUR pricetag, and it's not even in the same league with this. Not that it's much bigger, but the sculpting and the paintjob is stellar. Also I it weights like 3 kg so I can use it as a mace if someone tries to sneak into my house at night.
Even if the faces were fine, this is still awfully overpriced.

I love playing this game but these statues have been too expensive for size and quality. Even some of the collectors edition statues are lacking

Hmmm… I don't find the faces all that terrible, though they're not really ideal. The detail on the clothing is nice. The size, though, seems awfully small to me.
the painting on the faces is just so washed out. if this was a $100 statue, maybe it would be ok, though i've seen $30 knockoffs of other statues that have better facial paints. for something that's over $200? it needs to be beautiful. if you send it in, do they pay for shipping, because shipping that back will not be cheap?

I remember when this was announced, I saw the height measurement and tried to ask square, on their facebook, if that measurement was wrong.
It seemed really small for a figure that price, with that much going on.
I'm seeing now, that that measurement was indeed accurate.
Absolutely Unacceptable. Get them to give you a big refund, or drag them through the mud on Social media, this sort of scheme should not be allowed, and it's SQ's responsibility to actually ensure the quality is as stated.
ive seen a bunch of these being resold without the codes.. seems thats the main reason many people got it
So many "I thought it would be bigger" statements….. like no one read the description. It had the dimensions listed.
I would have cancelled my pre-order as well had I ordered. Compared to the Ultima High Seraph figure, which is beautiful btw, I would have thought that the Omega one would be as big and the faces a little bit darker and better detailed. Instead it looks like a cheap knock-off.
The collectors edition statue looks better than the omega one imho.
I feel like I could do a better paintjob after half a year of miniature painting experience…
And the quality of the cast doesn't look good either, lots of seams

Call it what you all want, as of this moment it's still getting almost double the price on ebay with the code included. Mine is marked as shipped and when I get it, if I don't like it I can get more than my money back.

Would never have bought it had I known it was being made by hacks in China. Never trust them to do anything of quality and this aligns with that sentiment. The store picture looked great. The actual product. Not so much. I hope mine looks at least OK but my hopes are not high at this point. 😕

This is honestly garbage looking, the idea was nice but the size and details are really bad at that price point. I can find much better quality third party figures of literally any other brand, SE fails sometimes…
Personally, i could fix it myself if I bought it (which I haven't) since I can repaint my figures to look just like the promoted pic, but for those who can't, which is the vast majority, i feel terrible for because in the end the studio that was tasked to making them should have made a better job
I'm super disappointed with mine. I'd never gotten one of the ffxiv figures before and when I looked at it I was like wait.. why is this such bad quality? My overwatch figures cost less than this and they are like 1000% better quality. But you're right it doesn't look like the promotional picture at all.

Any opinions on the Acrylic stands that showcases the various job classes in the game? I have a bunch of them and even if they are flat, the artwork using the traditional FF style is worth it since each one is about 16 dollars (Though the shipping costs put it over 30 dollars).
Where abouts is the emote code? Within the box?? Just ordered one and wondering 🙂
At this point they may as well just do away with the poor excuse and sell the figure and emote separately. They could probably defecate in box and it'd still sell just because of the emote.
Not sure if it already is the re-issue, but the faces got fixed. My order arrived today and I'm happy, since it looks almost exactly like the promo pic for me.
