40:11 big red circle means you're gonna be hit by a shit ton of damage. we call those "tank busters". When this happens, use an action that reduces damage you'll take before it hits you. "Rampart" is one of these Abilities that reduces damage taken by 20% for 20s. You used it few seconds prior at that time.
