It would be nice if IS would release on 6.2 buuuuuuuuuut as you might have noticed, that here is no mention of anything less than 6.25 which could imply either, they release it all at once this time or they just didn't mention it properly and counted them together because the launches are very close to another

idk if island sanc is actually 6.2, but I think it really ought to be. Otherwise the patch is pretty sparse with just the dungeon, trial and raid.
Also of note, when you look at the content list towards the end of the site, content that is coming in a later patch is specifically marked i.e. 6.25 Island Sanctuary is not marked as such so I'm def thinking it's coming with the main 6.2 patch
I'm checking back the Live Letter slides and they NEVER indicatetd Island Sanctuary is coming in 6.25. Which is strange because I remembered like that.

If you can cut trees and mine rocks, I won't quite my island for months (maybe years). Big fan of Stardew Valley.

The bottom summary of all patch content makes it very clear: Island Sanctuary is there together with everything else coming in 6.2, while stuff slated for later patches is clearly marked as 6.25 etc. So yeah, Island Sanctuary is this month.
I hope i have more freedom in ffxiv like in gw2 where i can do what i enjoy base on my current mood.
I have been waiting for Island Sanctuary since we got the sneak peek. I didn't expect it to be as big of a zone as it seems to be. Let's hope it has some housing elements.
