Something I'd like to mention regarding acquiring any Resistance/Relic weapons past your first one, you will need 4 Thavnairian Scalepowders, gotten from the Poetics Tomestone vendor named Ariana in Mor Dhona, listed under the Special Arms tab. This will cost 1000 Poetics per weapon, so it's usually best advised to just do Main Scenario Roulette a few times to get the requisite tomestones.

  3. Very forward and pretty easy to follow.
    One thing, not so much of a correction but more of how mettle and rank work. You CAN lose mettle enough to put you below what you need for a rank up if you don't go to the one guy, but once you get the rank up it can't go down no matter how much mettle you lose. On top of that you also get more mettle the higher rank you are, so more of a reason to rank up asap.

    But aye, good guide, easy to follow, and straight to the point!

  4. I was literally just looking into this yesterday and it is in fact amazing how many people do not mention you need to do the Ivalice raids in order to access the quests. I thank you for the explanation of the "how to get there" rather then the "here's what you do when there"

  5. I was curious on how to get there but don't have the time for it yet because I'm trying to get the ff15 car. Almost there. Also it's going to suck traveling long distance teleporting because it's gonna go as high as 1500+ Gil now. They are removing the cap limiter.

  10. You earned my sub with this video. I was looking for hours for this information and every video assumes you have been playing since ARR and are completing all content so "of course you've finished Ivalice, why would I bring that up".

    Coming from WoW a few years ago I've found this a massive hole in the FF14 video community. Another one is gearing tiers and equivalent if you've come to endgame late. I'd love a video explaining that

  16. Thank you, I was struggling for awhile on how to get here because videos weren't that great so i just put it off for longer then i should have really. I kept trying to google it all and getting lost on what to do because of how little help other videos provided.

  17. I'm still lost, Im on the verge of just giving up and never touching the content at this rate, none of the quests you mention exist where you say they do. I've completed all of the MSQ including Ivalice raids and I cant access Bozjan whatever the hell its called. Welp back to smashing warriors in PvP for me I guess!

  19. Oh, my mercy – THANK YOU!!! I was going in circles on the internet, on YouTube, in-game, and after some number of hours, I gave up frustrated and with a massive migraine (and not logging in for 2 days, lol). Information for FF14 can be so ambiguous and/or broken sometimes. I'm someone with chronic fatigue and brain fog, so going in circles stresses me out pretty quickly. I am SO. GRATEFUL. to you. 🙂 /salute
