my personal Jewels of White was the aetherial pearl ring; it is a loot from Cutter's Cry and you may sit on such a ring as well.
the base version Pearl Ring or the featured Danburite Ring are GSM products and also optional quest rewards. search your inventories and retainers for white gemmed rings, the 1735 gil shellout for Sileas might be a waste if you are above a certain level

you can buy the emperors set (I think if you have crafters) for 150ish gil at Pray Return City

I have confirmed that the above information is correct. Also, you can use the tarnished GARO pieces that you can pick up at the Golden Saucer. There is an attendant by (Not behind) the counter, right next to the Modern Aesthetics Saleswoman. It'll cost you, though.
