The Radiant's Wristgloves of Aiming, and Aoido's Thighboots along with Halonic Priest's Ring got me a 96.
Vet rewards, Strife Vest works for the top, its free and level 1.
Another easy 80 will be Strife Vest for the body then any head Pumpkin Orange dye 🐸
Tantalus Vest also works for the chest piece
Island Sanctuary also has Gunmetal Black.
