  1. Got kicked out after queueing for 2 1/2 hours post-work. Sent into a queue which was 50% longer than the one I'd just gotten through. This is completely unacceptable. Whichever pencil-pusher that did the maths and thought it'd be too expensive to purchase new server equipment given the silicon price hikes, even given the game's exceptional profitability, can go do one. Awful.

  2. Honestly I expected a better job from Square Enix they are a huge company with lots of resources they aren't some small independent studio they should have been prepared for this I waited 3 hours in queue today from 1 pm too 4 pm.

  5. Still having 5k queues on Lich sadly. It's primetime though, but still. Damn… Anywho, as a WoW veteran, a couple of hours waiting is something my body has been accustomed too after 15 years

  6. Login was at least twice as fast for me. Got in on prime time, on a heavy server (Faerie). I did experience 2 2002's, but got back on immediately. 4500 queue took about 45 minutes.

  7. For me and mine, I can say that we don't get 2002d as often as we used to, and the que from 4000+ to entry tends to last us between and hour to 90mins due to no interruptions (clarify: during that 2-4pm window- we work from 4 through the night so can’t tell ya those numbers)

This is only the first day, and we were testing during the early peak hours so ofc we'll need more time to discern if it wasn't just good luck XD
We never really experienced the other errors that we're connected to our wi fi connection just acting an arse.

Game still runs smooth once you're in, low congestion/load lag etc.
Play when you guys can, and if you're feeling hopeless/feel like you're getting overly stressed, take a step back and enjoy something else. The experience you paid for will be waiting for you even if you unsub for a bit. SE and the devs seem to be doing what they can as they see fit, so we just do the same on our part.

  8. The long queue times is a huge issue. The queue kick outs is just another layer to the issue. Spending hours to just get in isnt normal and games shouldn't accept it regardless of how popular it is. They knew how many players to expect in the pre orders. They should have fixed it then.
I'm unable to play at all during the week because when I get home, theres a massive queue. Long periods of being unable to play due to that same company inability to fix the issue in a timely matter will lose a huge following.

  9. " we are going to fix the error issues " oh look error 2002 again while I went to get food; you know , I dont blame the people using mouse files to stay login; if i login in the morning, go to work, and my character still be in the game, I would do it too 100%.

  10. i played from about 1 pm to about 10 pm on friday, early release day. logged out for the day. and that was the last time i was able to play. i guess i am one of the wow refugees so this actually isnt that huge of an inconvenience to me. still today cant get past 4k. login to a 5.5 to 7k queue over multiple attempts, and each time getting 2002. as long as im not getting charged for the time im ok with it. not really cuz i wanna play. but still ok.

  11. well 1 less you have to fight the queue with. ive had just about enough of sitting in front of my computer after work clicking rejoin and never getting in until I have to go to bed for work. ill be uninstalling this and cancelling this sub until this crap is sorted out, if at all.

  12. I know some of u may have HOURS to wait, Some of us do not. It's annoying when people act like it's cool to wait HOURS to play a game that I paid for and pay a subscription for as well. Yes Getting kicked out of line sucks, I agree. But it sucks having to wait HOURS to play a game to begin with.
