  3. Thanks, Brian & Chris for the video. Luckily I was able to reschedule my PTO to 12/3 – 12/8/2021, still going to take a 4 day weekend in November (19-22th). As far as the extra 2 weeks, I am doing the following:
    -Since my main RDM is on Aether & my alt RDM is on Crystal, I created a character on Primal, jump boost RDM to 70 & re-doing ShB. Definitely will have it at level 80 way before Early Access.
    -Do 1 Moogle Treasure Trove Dungeon daily
    -Finish up the Werlyt story on my main
    -Play Godfall & Ghost Tsushima on PS4
    -Then some major R&R before Early Access..

  8. I got very lucky that I was able to work with my boss this morning to move two of my PTO days to EA and a little bit of PTO I hadn't used to stretch out the new days. Unfortunately, my fiance wasn't so lucky. 🙁 However, we are looking at the positives of this. We get to see my fiance's mom over the weekend he has off, I still have two days of PTO to have a nice week off work, and we can actually enjoy Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving. So positives all around.

    That and I CAN ACTUALLY GO THROUGH SMT V WITHOUT RUSHING! HUZZAH!

  9. I did a full New Game + from ARR leading up to Endwalker. I got a ton of small details out of it. Totally worth it. I started months ago though. I can't begin to imagine trying to cram it into 3 weeks.

  11. Completed 5.1 last night. Gonna try and finish ShB and work on leveling SMN/SHC to do role quests.

    After learning that there's a PRDPS in EW, I guess I will have to level DNC or MCH.

  12. So, I have two more weeks to work on ShB weapons…. I’ve finished my BLM weapon, through step 4 on DNC, step 3 on SCH, halfway through step 2 on PLD, and acquired the step 1 weapon for SMN. Especially since I have all of Thanksgiving week off (had Wednesday through Friday off anyway, and was going to take Monday and Tuesday off regardless even had Endwalker not had been planned for then), and was planning to use it to start getting into Endwalker then, but can now use that time to finish my ShB weapons, which is literally all I have left that I care to do, especially as I’ve finished all the story other than the ARR beast tribes.

    As for Omni race to 90, crafting and gathering classes should count for the race, along with all role quests.

  16. I’m probably gonna be catching up on other games while I wait for Endwalker. The delay isn’t a huge deal in my situation as I started FMLA at the end of Oct and won’t be back at work till Jan 20th.

  19. Play Skyrim: Anniversary (11/11/21), some other console games, some RL stuff, & rest up! I have my Dragoon at 80 with all the 70 & 80 gear for Reaper! Sage is all good to go on armor! I just need to get their weapons with Poetics! Summoner & Paladin are go to go too!

  22. I personally don't mind the delay. When he started crying, I wanted to just put my hand on his shoulder and tell him it's ok. I would rather the delay for a better product over the alternative. And his comment about killing the trust they built up, for me personally it built even more trust because I can clearly see that he truly does care about what he gives us

I'm sure there are a lot of us that still need to finish Shadowbringers… I just got to the Stormblood patches when the announcement of the delay was made, and although I don't think I rushed it, I was able to do it in a week by being strict on doing pretty much only the MSQ. But I took a couple of days of mostly crafting, so that I could at least learn the Master Weaver book I bought but didn't realize I wasn't allowed to learn yet lol. So besides that my main goal is to level my lowest crafting skills so I can clear out some of the lowest gear in my bags. I've been hoarding gear, too, not knowing what I'll level next, but I'm pretty set on working on blue mage, then some sort of caster. Hopefully, I have time to get at least one big reward with the irregular tomestones as well. Above all, hopefully I have enough time to finish Shadowbringers, I kind of like that I have a reasonable amount of time to finish it but still a bit of a time crunch where I can't goof around too much.

  25. Finish Shadowbringers MSQ and all the Blue Quests. That’s the only thing that matters period.

    And I’m on track to do so with one Lightwarden remaining to put down in the MSQ and rest of story. Then continue the important game called Real Life.
