Considering Diabolos is a voidsent which was created following the 13th turning into the world of darkness I don’t think it’s likely he’ll be the vampires true form. I think you made a good point about the vampire looking like something we are familiar with though but I’d imagine it would be tied in with wildlife or a primal since those things are related much closer to creation magic
This fight going to be so crazy on Savage; I can feel it in my freckles
My transformation prediction is he will turn into a Bat. If the minion is anything to hint at least.
Wait, you are telling me that the squares exploding doesn't do anything in normal? I have been avoiding standing/getting knocked back into them ever since I noticed them doing that.
Please god no, not a savage version of doors.
For the orbs, why don't you alternate a DPS with another job Healer/tank…like this
R1 MT R2
H1 XX OT
M1 H2 M2
And you all decide to turn clockwise or anticlockwise. (R1 takes MT's orb, MT takes R2's orb, …)
14:27 I think that in Savage, the cast bar will just say "Shifting Strike" (as that's the name of both attacks), and you have to look for both the marker (which has its sword/cloak icon removed) as well as what's glowing to determine the correct way to dodge. Also wouldn't be surprised to see this combined with either a stack or spread Pinax, similar to the E9's "_ Phaser Unlimited" casts.
Im 100% sure Hesperos will transform into the creature he fused with. The fight transformation transition will be similar to e4s's imo.
The elemental mechThe elemental effects will go off likely in rapid succession. My guess is the elemental effect will be shown, then covered up by the cape and light up where you need to remember what each section's element was to address the mechanic.
I have one prediction for the "Setting the Scene" Mechanic. Maybe someone has to purposefully step into the circle to set off the corresponding field. And after a certain time if there are still fields left on the arena they go off at the same time. This way Groups need to find the most optimal way in which order they need to set the fields off, especially if other mechanics gets thrown into the mix as well
Amdapor City is already Diabolos Savage. no please
enjoyed this series! ty for taking the time to make these
fun fact for predicting : Hesperos is also the name for "Morning Star" in Greek, hence he is also Helel, or Heliel, or "Lucifer" in our usual tongue and Abrahamic religion
During setting the scene, there's a prominent dark cloud in the middle, designating the location of the knock back/proximity damage. I wonder if that cloud will move in Savage.
Ppl actually watch these?
I'm hoping not diablos, we've had 3 versions of him already, please spare us a 4th
im ready for batsquach 2.0
I doubt it'll be thrice come ruin. I would bet money that it'll be twice come ruin. So if you take two orbs or if there are towers as well and one is missed it means a wipe.
I think like once we beat him in phase 1, the powers that he have obtained somehow lose control, causing him to transform into a monstrous beast and then the moves will be used again but in a more chaotic but more powerful form of the attacks
the circle looks like a E10S akito mixed in rampant and I cant help notice pattern of the tiles, i think tiles may have something to do with it too
Omg. Incoming… Aether PF Happy Orb. Run through boss and take orb on opposite side. Mist orbs parties: clock spots (TH cards, swap with your buddy pair). Rin Strat: Protean spread, everyone rotates one spot clock wise. We are so set up for Happy Brambles 2.0 lolz!
My prediction is that the role based bubbles and towers are gonna be combined into a Light rampant like mechanic.
Edit: I guess Happy thinks so too lmao
Thrice come ruin doesn't decrease the damage you do. It's just that during shadow keeper, you also got an additional separate dmg down debuff for everything that gave thrice come ruin. However, I'm betting savage will give twice, rather than thrice, come ruin.
Been waiting for this video since day 1. the other circles be damned.
Just imagine if it's a secret Castlevania crossover and Lahabrea is actually a Belmont lol. I would live and die all at once.
Maybe the wells will be like sigmascape 2.0 with the paintings, but instead you have to dip into a the correct well to mitigate or control how they interact. Like maybe the spread and stack happen at the same time and you have to dip in the poison to protect yourself or… Something idk 😅 the dipping in the well note made me thing if sigma V2 savage.
Lol when you mentioned diablos I had the Monster Hunter creatue in my mind for 10 min. I had to look up the ff diablos to get the MH version out of my head.
In this anyway, he always looks north during a X-erly shift. Could be a good reference for people not good with cardinal directions
I can see all of what you predicted as P1 and as usual he will bring some mechs to P2
RIP to all the homies who will not do this fight because the poison square will probaby trigger tripophobia
You have some creative predictions, Mr. Happy. I like it.
What about getting the rolls of the orbs as a debuff? so you need to look at the debuff and your own roll so you only have 1 save roll to go into for towers?
Can't wait for forsaken/light rampant
I've got one prediction:
Setting The Scene will have 2-element combos that go off simultaneously. Fire+Water would be that Stack+Push marker that showed up in Stigma Dreamscape vs boss 1. Poison+Lightning would have you spread along clock positions. Fire+Poison would be Light Party stacks, Water+Lightning would have to be sequential though, or absent.
Oh god savage doors might beat squares in cart titan savage @@
Diabolos huh? I'd be surprised, since the void and voidsent both came into being after the world was sundered. But I don't have a better guess so who knows.
Happy brambles 2 incoming 🙂
I wonder if there will be a debuff situation where everyone gets a certain elemental debuff they have take care of + doing other mechanics layered on top.
