There's a song in a Japanese horror game that I've played, called Death Mark, that has a song that's very similar to this. The character in the game mentions that the song was propaganda from WWII. Wonder if that's where they took inspiration for this, which is basically the Garlean national anthem.
Garlemald was done so dirty by the final days. A race of immigrant people landing on foreign soil , getting by the only way they could by trying to wage war due to them being driven away from their homeland. Yeah , it hits.
The creepiest part of this broadcast is the realization that all the audience members you hear clapping, all the performers, everyone involved, is likely either dead or tempered at the time you are listening to it. It is basically listening to the ghost of Garlemald.
