dont know requirements for the quest but assume its the unlocking of the firmement. which unlocks after 3.3 msq litany of peace. talk to the npc next to the atheryte plaza crystal. next talk to tomalin in the brume to get access to the housing area. talk to the herald then return to the aetheryte plaza and talk to the original npc and finish the quest. congrats u now have access to the housing district. lowest price for a house is 3mil for small and highest is 50mil for large. best to start saving and farming gil now. goodluck!!!

I have enough for a but odds will be low on getting one in the lottery. Currently have a small so I figure I'll take my chances to upgrade to a medium. And if I don't get lucky in the lottery, I'll check to see what opens up in LB where I'm currently at. At the very least, I'm happy with my small if I can't upgrade. So we'll see. 🙂

Quest doesn't show up for me and i've unlocked the firmament and have completed Endwalker. Can't figure out what i'm missing….
