We're here. Finally!
I procrastinated making this guide for a long time as I had only done the fight once before and didn't understand it too well so thought it was hard. Plus with this being the first max level encounter I've covered, I knew I would be mixing with a lot of people who are actually geared and while my own gear is better than a first timer, it is far lower quality than any regular player – so I was doubtful if I would even be able to get footage of main tanking for example.
Another thing putting me off is the fact that I'm also not very good at all 5 of the classes I use, especially for max level rotations (of which I know none now). I had picked things up a bit for the 5 classes after covering the earlier trials in Endwalker (after an absence of playing) and knew I should do this one without a long delay or I would soon forget – but that ended up happening anyway. Fortunately you don't really need to be that good here, especially with how much geared players are speeding up this encounter.
As of right now I can finally say I can get players through the vast majority of 'difficult' MSQ content (2.0 to 6.0 MSQ – which is the main story really). It's taken a long time and yeah I dropped doing dungeons but those bosses are generally only one or two mechanics tops and SE started tweaking them throwing earlier guides out of date. That said I am pretty happy with this accomplishment and feel I've done a decent job.
Going forward I am going to semi-retire with FFXIV guides. I do not intend to continue covering the MSQ after 6.0 because this is really the major ending point of the story. Also it just becomes harder and harder to keep up with 5 classes for a game I am not actively playing, especially as I start to reach max-level content where decent competency of play is expected – and I'm really sketchy with BRD and RDM! If someone really wants a guide for something (and I have it unlocked and feel like doing it) then sure but at this point I am happy enough to consider my job done.
Now if anyone has made it this far I will mention that if you've enjoyed my videos here or found them amusing – I do happen to do other things on this channel of mine so if you're interested in some more of my… let's say… unhinged content, then come and take a look! I've made a couple of new 'funny clips' montage videos recently which should give you a good idea of what to expect (my wife laughed at them at least once each so I'm legally allowed to name them as funny alright?).
Lastly I would like to say thank you to everyone who has used my guides and to everyone who has left support over the years – I do read every comment though perhaps I am a bit slow at responding to them these days (sorry!). It's always a pleasure to see a new notification and see what people are saying and of course it's been a great way to build a potential audience to my other content.
The end of 6.0 was really memorable for me so I hope you've enjoyed your final push to get here. Good luck with the fight and have a great time with the ending!
See you around!

Whispers falling silently, drift on the wind…
Returning after a 3-year break and got to this fight and what do I see but this posted with 30 views. Thanks for everything you've done in helping me, if not pull my own weight, at least be far less of a burden. It means a lot!
Thanks for this! Im here, and this guide makes it less terrifying hahaha
Nobody zeroes in on that one pain point for new comers and then succinctly eliminates it the way your guides always do. You'll be missed!
