  1. For 5 heads usually I stay on the last safe donut before rewind starts and look on the diagonal which also is a donut before the rewind mechanic starts, then I do some checks:

1 – First I check the middle head rewind as Xeno explained, now there are only 2 spots that could be safe
2 – Is there a 2 ring head on my left or right that is inside the safe half from the middle head? If yes, I just go there and its the safe spot, otherwise…
3 – Am I on the safe half of the arena? If yes I just stay there because its the safe spot, otherwise I cross the arena diagonally and that is the safe spot.

There are lots of ways to do that, just wanted to share how it made easier for me 😄

  2. We tried this blind last night and didn't get very far but what helped me during the donut dance was just memorizing the order of the room cleaves, and adjusting based on that. the donut you stop on can be referred to as 1 or 3. If you have to move to avoid the cleave, you'll be moving 90 degrees to safety if that head has 2 rings or directly across if that head has 1 or 3 rings. Seemed to work every time. If you are not being cleaved at all where you stop and you are on 1 or 3, you can just stay there

  3. In the example you gave at the 18th ish minute i think you are wrong cause in that configuration, if she had 3 rings and she'd have cleaved south instead of north, the safe spot you had when mid head had just 1 ring (which was the one on the 2 marker) would no longer have been safe and you would have to rotate to 1 since the head at 1 was the starting point and it has 3 rings, meaning that she'd rewind 2 times and make the safe donut there

  4. for the blue planets first during the 4 planet part.. you use the kb of planet 2 to get knocked back to the same side you're already on.. otherwise you'll have to do the walk of death and hardly ever make it. there ya go.. i helped.. xD.. can i join the beast squad now. lmfao
