think it was cause she was targeting the tank and he moved, so her char moved alittle. (probably wrong idk)
it looks like it ticked her cast of eukrasian diagnosis on the tank as movement when the pyretic went out. was just a server tick clipping a cast being read as going out on the same line as the incoming debuff
