I've been saying this. PTR has no value other than to sucker players into playtesting their own game for them because they refuse to add the resources needed to push out a functional product. That's why you get garbage launches and it's not like they listen to feedback until the player base is going down the toilet.
Is there a timestamp for this clip or what day it was?
That "huh *sniff*" at 30 seconds is some freight train levels of realization happening. It sounds painful.
Just a reminder as well, the XIV team will not push out a raid or encounter they themselves cannot clear.
people dont seem to realize just how much PTR's ruin the whole wonder and first time experience of new content in MMO's, the reason XIV expansions are such incredible experiences is because you get to experience them with virtually no spoilers unless you dig hard for them, which will end up giving you that nostalgic feeling of playing a mmo for the very first time, WoW expansion releases are more about the rat race to max level and geting into raiding and no one seems to care about whats happening because the story/gameplay was spoiled 8 months ago on PTR
The slow realization that Blizzard cut so many corners that playing a Finished, Functional, right out of the box raid is novel.
yoshi-p is an orange parser
Imagine testing your own raid bosses instead of outsorcing it to your players(paid subscription btw).
LMAO, "Are the raid bosses, like polished when they come out, in this game?" why is this even a question XD
I remember a bug was found and fixed in eden 12 savage, where they just had to change the name of an AoE. Literally everything else was polished
