U do need to fail adds for fog
If you sync the fights instead of doing it unsync it makes the spells 100%
Meoni please we need a guide on how to take down Gogo, Mimicry Master he has two acts. Most folks have manage to take his Act I down but oh boy he is extremely hard on ACT II.
So you have to group up for supposedly “solo” content again?
just finished carnival 31 and it was so tought that took me 2 hours to beat including 2 fails because of wrong commands and insta cast deny on meteor phase which i raged but i made it in the end. Just lv 70 dungeons and trials now to get remaining spells

I'm pretty sure you have to let cold fog finish just for the simple fact that you have to allow any other monster to finish the cast of an ability to be able to learn it, would be odd for them to break the rules they set out for specific fights

What is the savage reward you get for BLU? And what about the titles for completing all the Masked Carnival up to lvl 70 contents?
for the fog ability, you do need to let it blow off.
Can confirm, cold fog needs us to fail the mechanic and not kill the adds. After 4 runs doing this with killing the heads and not getting the spell, I've learned my lesson.
The cold fog on the Burn. We took that hit when not kill the adds. We diamond back before we got hit. Apparently was the only way since one of our members said done it 4 times, never got it. Phantom train we had a failed chance on a group. Was all Blu. Dunno what there. Course my FC member failed to get his one time when was in the room with the ghost and we killed the boss. So thats a care.
The following spells share a cooldown:
Matra Magic, Angel Snack and Dragon Force
Chelonian Gate and Rose of Destruction
Both Ends and Nightbloom.
It's also worth mentioning that Nightbloom's bleed effect does NOT stack with bleed effects from Song of Torment or Aetherial Spark.

I thought the new totems would be locked behind the blue mage quests, as I still haven't been able to get Angel Whisper from defeating Siegfried in Masked Carnival
I can confirm that you can also get Feculent Flood from also Mudman (A rank) in Il Mheg

The spell he casts is cold fog
All of the fights are capped at level 70. Level sync doesn't apply.
Phantom Flurry seems like a Chun Li ripoff, but it's pretty good.

You can do undersized synced parties now and get 100% .
