We are back with a new Roleplay focused video for Final Fantasy XIV ! Today we’re talking about the Tavern and Bar settings in the Rp community as we kick of our Eorzean RP video series! We’ll go over what types of roleplay you can find in this setting as well as some stories of some of my personal encounters.
FFXIV has so much to offer in terms of roleplaying and I hope the sharing of my past experiences will help to guide you to some ideas and thoughts for your own adventures! We’ll be doing more of these videos as time goes on to break down more RP Venues such as Fight Clubs, Maid Cafe’s and even Dance Clubs!

Actually I have one question so as you said in the video you and another person went to the north shroud and were ambushed by angry boars but what I'm wondering is how did you this happen did you guys go to the north shroud area and actually kill some enemies or do you guys just go there and rp the situation happening? Cause I'm thinking if you go in the north shroud and fight something you will one shot it with no issue with a lvl 80 class but yet you said because of the encounter you got some scratches and bruises. I just don't know how rp combat really works lol
Thanks for your videos, they've been a huge help! I very recently took a break from WoW (likely a permanent one), as the last thing holding me there were RP realms. Sadly, vast majority of my RP buddies quit over the past few months, and it doesn't feel the same with all of the lore shenanigans happening. So I'm currently trying out FFXIV, and thus far it's been a lot of fun! I'm also really happy FFXIV has an RP culture. RP to me is a good way to relax after a long day at work. Have a nice weekend!
