Its not just a problem with only healer, every expansion they dumb down shit. Look at summoner it went from a busy dot based class and turned it into 1 one button rotation (like the healer) with small stuff you can weave.
They keep balancing to the most retarded part of the player base. To the point that the idea of "Low entry point, high skill ceiling" became "Low entry point, low skill ceiling" because they do not want a skill gap in their community.
