A thing I like to do is set a proper goal that's achivable. Such as: prepare for up to this specific mech. This helps a lot of people who struggle with the studying part. Make sure its a realistic goal too. If we get past the mechanic we studied for then we either just blind prog for the remainder of the instance, or we take 10min break to watch guides and stuff.
