  1. To be fair, the FFXIV raiding community is pretty toxic. Especially in high level endgame content. It's generally the SJWs and women though… I haven't really had any issues with the straight guy crowd lol

  2. I always thought statics were made up of friends IRL? I guess some groups are just composed of coworkers and FFXIV is just another job where you meet up with coworkers you don't really like.

  3. Idc what I did no nerd would ever go off on me like that. I would destroy that girl to the point she would be crying and never want to play online every in any game

  4. Instead of the streamer deleting her all footages, she better apologize. BIG APOLOGIZE. Grow up, be a grown woman with educated mind instead of being a brat and say bad things to people especially to static who you work with. I can’t believe she can even be a streamer with such bad manner. She deserved to get schooled instead if playing innocent and said “I don’t know” or “I know, BUT I”, etc.

  5. Oof. Thank you for including the clip at the very end, for context.

I have to wonder why they didn't replace this person, if they were problematic. It seems like this was an ongoing issue, so they must have known about the comments being made on stream for some time.

I can only assume they didn't want to find/train another ninja, and instead hold out for a first-time clear. I personally value having a good time over getting a clear (assuming that was the case).

  6. Ngl, I had no idea about this whole thing, but when I heard the person going off on this streamer, I already felt that it seemed rather justified. Can't tell you why, maybe it's the way they just let it all out and how their voice was even shacking from anger and release of it.

To me it's pretty clear why the streamer highlighted that and deleted all their other VODs. Of course they want to be seens as the "poor wittle victim" in this.
What a fucking loser… Glad someone actually kept the old recordings somewhere to keep the record straight.

  7. This was nothing compared to my static breakup. I was the leader and I honestly couldn't say what I did wrong to cause just one member to hate/get upset with me because instead of confront me or anything, she told a blatant lie about me to make me seem like a creep/predator. I actually thought I did something wrong because it started with a little prank/joke by calling her mommy on an alt. I actually thought I did something wrong and felt guilty and waited to apologize but then started losing friends who wouldn't even talk to me or hear my side of things. So red flags were starting to pop and it took a month until someone finally reached out to me to let me know what was going on and hear there were lies being told about me and twisting the whole story. When I tried to confront her about it I had someone else from the static flame onme then someone else I never met or talk to basically hack my info to dox me as a threat. It was the most wildest thing ever and my first attempt to make a static. Haven't been part of or joined a static since. It was kind of scarring and upsetting, ngl. I even had screenshots of what i could get to try and prove my innocense including the prank convo in game and I never got to use them. So yeah, FFXIV statics can be pretty toxic. I now just stick to a few friends and keep things as low key as possible.

There's more to the story but it's pretty long and that's just a nutshell version of it

  8. As much as I agree the girl getting yelled playing the victim is completely in the wrong. I just cannot get over that she is that mad like that shot is hilarious to me
