This is nice, but as you said the only big issue is consistency. If the first tank on your list decides not to MT you still gotta click the actual button, but it's not a big deal and will be more helpful than not

I have one of these for my tank stance but honestly, I always forget about it and never use it
You'd be better off using a mouseover macro. Kardia is something you want to move frequently, not set and forget.
