  1. Savix's last video came out like 9 month ago after he found out his dad has brain tumor and he started crying in the middle of the video and we started crying too as soon as we saw that, like you could see his pain ride away, he really tried to not cry but it just didn't happen.

  2. BACK UP YOUR EVERYTHING!

You should have multiple copies of all your important shiz. Ideally, one local, on something like a NAS or a SAN, one offsite, on a hard drive, tape, M-Disk, or some other stable media, and one in the cloud.

Also, if you can, fault tolerance is also a nice perk. Having RAID on your computer can keep you up and running during a hardware failure.

Just remember, RAID is not a backup! It might reduce the likelihood you have to resort to your backups, but you still need backups. RAID won't help you when it involves malware/ransomware, file system level corruption, or other errors.

Finally, one more thing – Do not use flash drives, SD cards, or SSDs for your backups. They are not stable unpowered for long term storage. Eventually flash media starts to "forget" things more or less. Stick to hard drives or archival media.

  3. Yt absolutely automates the whole process. Youtube bans are based on audience reports, and this is how I know. I had a video taken off one day from someone claiming it, even though it was never monetized in the first place. So I just said on my appeal mail that my content should be reup because it’s in a different language than the original file. Now, there isn’t even the “original file” in the first place like the claim, mind you, because that’s why I uploaded this old cartoon clip, to keep something I like archived on internet. It was unbanned the next week. It’s still on my channel.

  4. Oh no, I would not have been able to leave for work if I knew my cat was sleeping on the garage door. For how ridiculous Brother is, he is probably a lovable little bastard.

  5. It's so lame when you KNOW you are right about something… But every action you take is denied… And then finally you are proven right… BUT YOU CAN'T PUNCH THE PEOPLE failing hard……

  6. I didn't know this until recently, but there are apparently laws in Texas regarding how many chickens you can have.
I was helping a friend setup a few for sale, and she was really sad about it – she said was only legally allowed to have 6 Adult Chickens (unless she paid for a license), so she had to give the rest away =( It broke her heart because they were very friendly Roosters, but you should only have 1 Rooster when you have a Flock that small.

So yeah the lady you mentioned who was giving them away and would drive them anywhere in Texas for free probably just really loved the Roosters, didn't know about the limit prior, and was forced to give them away or face a massive fine. Roosters are undesirable since they don't lay eggs & you need significantly less of them, so its a lot harder to find homes for them.

  7. I wish Youtube wrongfully banning people and denying their justified appeals while letting demonstrably permabanned channels constantly breaking the rules off the hook was news, but at this point it's just the status quo.
