I don't think its "Cheating" as faking a blind progression alone isn't exactly cheating, that's like me or you look up a guide and learn the fight – However, telling your audience you are blind progging and then it turns out to be a lie, your words start being doubtful after this. I think he is a solid player by the way, I don't want people to bash him, all this could be a coincidence and he was not faking but the evidence seems REALLY obvious.

He's not cheating he's just a Liar. The problem is he didn't wanna come to Ff14 and look like he didn't have the skills to get thru blind progression. The stress of coming to FF AND FAILING.
Truth is they just aren't as good as Echo and they needed to save face. Funnily enough echo did it 100% blind easily proving why Limit Maximum doesn't win at WOW either.
The song at the end of the video shocked me everytime Lmao. Great Video btw, Echo's raiding is more fun to watch compare to limit's anyway.
Echo's blind prog was actually fun to watch because they come up with all sorts of wacky strats.
I'd say he's bs'ing as well. I watched his early EX fights innocence and titania along with most of his E1 to E4 runs. He got ahead once because he progged with sfia on one of the fights. He told everyone about progging with sfia but the hints he'd drop then were similar to how he acted in the video.
NGL coming from a person that like to actively look at fights and guess what the savage mechs would be. alot of that stuff is very guessable if your actually smart. the only sus thing i saw actually was the billi billi . they clearly cheated that strat. even with the WOL clip id have to say the video is reaching andhanging on words inappropriately EX: on my first time seeing the sword mech idk how many sword/sswords im gonna call out watch out for the "swords." as soon as i see just one.. and of course they are gonna move they are gonna do something.. its not rocket science. in shiva you see the blue glow hit the floor before the ice comes thats how you know.. same blue glow hits the floor before ice in savage so that is another example of people with low awarness thinking its guessing.. BUT understanding the slide mech of the floor so quickly is very sus. i do believe he watched a guide for shiva and e12. this is the type of player will intentionally take buff/debuff and test the interactions with other spells. i dont think we are giving him enough credit because simply put the majority of FF players are more casual then they realize.
I think it has to do with ego. FF14 isnt "hard" for veterans because with their experiance they know and recognize certain repeating mechanics from bosses that go back several patches. I think they didnt want to embarass themselves too much. After all, they are world first raiders with tons of experiance under their belts. I mean, that was the point, right? Proving that even with all your experiance this game is hard, and its by no means only about housing and crafting and RP.
The "top wow raider" don't mean much to me when FFXIV is involved given how RELIANT most of them are on plugings to tell them where to move.
Knockback mirror have been a thing in the first 2 days of e8s release, so this video you're watching is also incorrect. Just because it hasn't been streamlined for pf doesn't mean it didnt exist, kb mirror is very risky for a pf to adapt that mechanic hence it wasn't used until much later.
Happy bramble is not that difficult to discover, its just basic bramble planting under your feet that auto-kill you if you overlap.
It also took Max few pulls to get past normal e9, so he discovered clouds empower boss. Just because he went front of the cloud does not mean hes cheated watching a guide.
There are a lot of inaccuray in this video, im kinda disappointed Alino that you would even upload your reaction on this video without even doing your research
