  1. Great video. Hope you do an addendum to this video in the future about the Galrleans, I have found them to be quite fascinating. Might want to hold off a bit though so you can avoid spoilers.

Also never turn your back on a Lalafell.

  2. You are in luck. The ancient city of Mach was a horrific culture. In fact, much of the city’s culture revolved around the summoning and binding of voidsent as both servants and a power source. They also released a horrifying magical disease on their rival city of Nym that transformed the population into little green lizard people.

Finally, Ul’dah in the past created and released an alchemical bio weapon on their sister city that turned the populace into undead. So yes, horrifying war crimes committed by tiny baby-faced potato people.

  3. At level 60 you can do the "Legacy of Mhach" side story that contains 3 alliance raids "Void Ark", "the Weeping city of Mhach" and "Dun Scaith" that delve into the Mhachian culture and history, mostly the later parts of it.
The Black mage story line also goes into the origins of black magic and the Mhachian sorceress who weaved the first spells of black magic.

The 5th Astral Age ended in a global flood known as the 6th Umbral Calamity(or calamity of water) and this was caused by centuries of war between Mhach(mostly Lalafell with black magic and void magic) and Ancient Amdapor(mostly Elezen with white magic and golemancy). This war is called the War of the Magi.

  4. The Horthgar tribes don't differentiate themselves as the lost and heilion by fur color as they are considered themselves as just horthgar. The lost meant they have lost their queen due to unfortunate circumstances while the heilion's queen are still around.
They are being split like this as one of the biggest tribe have lost their queen, bringing about this misunderstanding by the other race.

  5. So the Sea Wolfs come from a region of the nothern sea called Aerslant. They fled because the land is ruled by a group discribed as tyrant kings. Its also kinda funny that the scholarly state of sharlayan (which has a large sea wolf population) was founded by a roegadyn who saved people from the calamity of water by building noahs ark.
