Eso still does this market system retainer thing doesn't it? Ik it used to be u could have Guild personal stores at Different cities but u have to pay taxes to keep the store ur guilds and ur guild can put stuff up in the store. Something like that and guilds compete for store space
Gridania is my favorite everyday quiet easy all the things I need and weaver uldah
It was actually very nice watching Acco's face light up at the end when Yoshida's face was shown.
I have a lot of respect for Mr Yoshida myself, he's a real gem in the realm of MMO developers.
I think people forget that SE is not known for its good choices, they consistently have to revisit newly released products, ffxv is one ffxiii could be another
The retainers were early 2000s style. EQ and SWG, at least Back In Ye Daye, would have you running to NPCs who had stocks of player-crafted goods. In SWG, you usually went out into the wilderness to find a house someone had built where their NPCs were standing with their wares. I dimly recall EQ2 had you needing to put your character in sales mode and the log off in your apartment, but it was a long time ago so I could be 100% wrong. UO also had sales NPCs hanging out in various places.
As someone who played 2.0 on PS3. It was barely playable as is! 20FPS at best most of the time and sometimes Hunt mobs wouldn't even load in!
They still have the old retainer system in the game, and it's implemented in a far better way. They can be used to stand around and sell things at your house, and you can buy mannequins that you can dress up and sell the items from that. You can make your own in game atelier.
My potato turned into mash potato trying to play ffxiv.
His reaction when the word "Anima" shows up on the screen makes me grin in expectations for the future.
In case people wonder why the Scions were looking for "a shadowless man", it's because AFAIR, "Ascian" translated to "Shadowless" in Latin.
